The Masonic Brotherhood Fund is the charitable arm of the Grand Lodge of New York. The Brotherhood Fund assumes a solemn responsibility, to alleviate the burdens of our distressed Brothers, their families, widows, and orphans. It stands as a lifeline in times of unforeseen and often catastrophic tragedies. It helps our Brethren and their families overcome some of their darkest moments. While we hope and pray that no one will ever need this assistance, the Masonic Brotherhood Fund has and always will stand ready to assist our Brothers, their Widows, and Orphans in need.
 

The support of our Brothers, Lodges, and Districts is the financial lifeline of the Fund. Through their support, the fund has assisted in life-changing ways, such as repairing the roof of a Masonic widow who could not afford the repair during the cold winter months. The fund has also alleviated the financial stresses of Brothers who have been inundated with substantial medical bills. Moreover, the Masonic Brotherhood Fund financially supports our veterans by obtaining service dogs to help them cope with life beyond the battlefield. Furthermore, we contribute to the funeral expenses for our dearly departed Brothers to both lessen the burden on their families and to ensure they are laid to rest with dignity. 
 

Other than our main mission to support, aid, and assist our Brothers, their families, widows, and orphans, The Masonic Brotherhood Fund also provides vital support to organizations that are within our community, such as the Masonic Care Community, Masonic Medical Research Institute and Chancellor R. Livingston Masonic Library along with a variety of initiatives and our Masonic Youth Programs.
 

In times of crisis, The Masonic Brotherhood Fund stands as a beacon of hope, ensuring that no member of our Masonic family faces adversity alone, but that an array of causes have been given crucial aid for the betterment of mankind.
